Project Description
The 1000 Seward Project includes the development of a ten story-mixed use office building located within the Hollywood Community Plan Area of the City of Los Angeles. The project is to include development of new office spaces, restaurant, and retail; with a total gross square footage of 150,000 sqft. The proposed uses are located within a single nine-story building with the rooftop serving as a mechanical penthouse with an outdoor program.
