Project Description
Project scope consists of conversion of an existing 42,230 sq. ft. two-story office building to a warm shell for future program of mixed-use office and life science laboratories. The work includes buildout of mechanical systems, electrical and plumbing equipment replacement. Mechanical system and project design is to include an extensive laboratory buildout in the future.
New mechanical shafts, building fire life safety and security is also being updated pertinent to the warm shell revisions.
